Goods that are received damaged must be reported to within 24 hours of receipt. We will issue you with a Goods Returns Number (GRN) to be sent back with the damaged product(s). We will either exchange the damaged goods or provide a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you wish to return an item purchased from Beacon Electrical NE Ltd, contact us for a GRN and return within 14 days of the delivery date together with all original packaging in a saleable condition and a refund will be provided. We will not cost of return postage or carriage.
Non stock items can not be authorised for return until we have authorisation from the manufacturer and may well be subject to a manufacturers re-stocking charge. We will not be responsible for the cost of return postage or carriage.
