Returns Policy

RETURNS

Unwanted Goods.

We will gladly refund unwanted goods within 30 days of purchase. (Less carriage)

Items must be unused, with all component parts, in a saleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging. Any FOC or promotional items received must also be returned.

Certain items are excluded from the guarantee, these include items made to order, cut to measure and non-stock items ordered specially by request.

Returned items must include a copy of the purchase invoice and a completed returns form.

Items can be either sent by post or returned to your nearest branch.

We will not be responsible for the cost of return postage or carriage.

In all cases we reserve the right to make a handling charge.

Faulty Goods.

If your purchase becomes faulty within 30 days of purchase you have a legal right to reject the goods and receive a full refund of the purchase price

If you purchased the item more than 30 days ago our aim is to get the problem sorted as quickly as possible.

You should first check if the manufacturer offers a helpline, repair or warranty service.

Reference to this is usually found in the product literature. Using this service is generally the fastest way to get the problem rectified.

If there is no manufacturer warranty or repair service you should return the item to us, either send by post or return to your nearest branch. Please remember to include a copy of your purchase invoice and a completed returns form.

Once the product is confirmed faulty we will either offer a repair or where this is not possible, we will replace the item with the same or an equivalent model. We will only offer a refund when we are unable to offer a repair or an equivalent replacement.

In all cases we reserve the right to make a handling charge.
