Fire

• Fully tested for 30, 60 and 90 minute fire ceilings
• Tested to BS476 - Part 20.
  Part 21: Load bearing timber Floorings.
  part 23: 90 minute protection to load bearing steel beams (suspended ceilings).

Acoustic

• Tested to BS EN ISO 140-3: 1995 & BS EN ISO 140-6: 1998 for airborne and impact sound insulation measurements in accordance with the acoustic performance required downlighters installed in robust detail floors

Moisture

• Fixed version fitting with special seals to inhibit the flow of air and moisture through the fitting as required by Part C of the building regulations.
