The Detector features a large easy to ude test button which can also be used to silence nuisnace alarms, e.g. cooking fumes, for a 10 minute period.

The optical alarm is sensitive to all domestic fire types but is especialy sensitive to visible smouldering fires.

The Ei650 will give an audible and visual indication that the battery is low and the detector is at the end of it's useful life
